We had a difficult time find the correct property and the time and research to find us the correct property gave us the confidence we were working with the right person. We have obtained Kristi’s services through our 3 houses and now some land we sold. She’s selfless....puts our needs first...keeps up well informed....even if the road is bumpy she makes sure we know about it. We are thankful even during the frustrating times of selling and buying that Kristi always looks at the sunshine spot. After deciding to sell my house and move in with my daughter due to my health, a friend of ours referred us to Kristi McNeely. After calling her, she was at my house the next day. We sat down and she had already researched the prices of what houses were selling for in my area. We decided on a price and she gave me some papers to fill out regarding the house and told me she would be back on tomorrow to take pictures and pick up the papers. I was so impressed how quick and easy this process was. My house went on the market and after 4 days it sold for exactly what I was asking for it. I understand there will be bumps in the road with paperwork for the closing process but she always handled the problem and kept me informed on everything. Not only did she make the selling process easy but the closing process with Guardian Title was great. My daughter and I truly appreciate her help and patience. This was not easy for myself giving up my house of 48 years, a house where my wife of 55 years passed away and a house where we raised our only child, a daughter. Even though this process was short, Kristi became a great friend of ours.

Kristi was on top of all my questions and guided me through the process of making an offer on a house that was listed by another company. She overcame situations where the other company was not as responsive with answering questions and at the end of the process, we bought the house with the comfort of knowing that all issues had been addressed by Kristi with her drive to provide us answers. She helped with an electrician inspection by being present when I could not make the visit. She did the same thing for a pest control inspection. We live fifty miles away which created the problem for us and Kristi readily stepped in to make the process continue to work for all parties.
